Pole Position Raceway special public events are standard race formats like the Ironman Race and Endurance race, but are organized by each local track rather than a company or group of friends. We hold regular events that are open to the public, but are usually announced by email or by simply asking when the next event is. To make it easier to attend and participate in these special events, we have created this signup form so you can be added to an "interest list". Once we have established a new event that you can attend, we will notify you.
We have partnered with the Boy and Girl Scouts of America to provide a fun and interactive way to earn belt loops and badges, while learning about STEM through racing.
Our 2-hour program rotates the students through a group of experiments to meet the criteria of a certain badge, and is designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and real world opportunities. The program costs $20 and includes the belt loop/badge and, of course, a race around the track. Scout leaders and parents can register their scouts online at the link below.
The Science Field Trip is a 5-hour technology lab for elementary and middle school students designed to fuel kids’ interest in STEM Education and future careers. Our lesson plans are written by teachers, for teachers, and meet the National & Next Gen Science standards. Students working in groups will create, build, and test, as they rotate through various experiments, eventually using that new found knowledge as they race around the track. Visit the link below to register your class.
Offered seasonally throughout the year, our 5-day camps are all about racing, fun and learning. For the first half of the day, kids get to race around the track learning basic principals like “the line,” acceleration, braking, & race craft. After a provided lunch, the kids will build, program and run experiments using Lego Mindstorm Robots with the EV3 Software platform. The camp is from 9am-3pm and is $375 per student. Parents can register their kids online at the link below.

Are you looking for a way to improve your lap times? The driving clinic will add valuable instruction to your races with lessons on the proper racing line, braking and acceleration zones, finding the apex, and passing. For $30 plus the cost of 2 races, one of our instructors will give you a pre-session briefing, lead/follow for the first race with a debrief and then race observation on the second race followed by another debrief. The clinic usually helps drivers shave 2-3 seconds off their lap times. Call 314-925-7545 to reserve a time. Best results will be during the week during off-peak hours.
Test your skill and stamina in our 30-minute individual endurance race! The on-track action is intensified with pit stops that are required to change karts several times during the race. The racer who completes the most laps in 30 minutes will be declared the winner!

This team racing format has quickly become one of the most-popular events in the world of indoor karting, and no one does it better than P2R. Each team is allowed 3-5 drivers who compete for 90 minutes in non-stop action. The unique pit stop element makes this real exciting, and strategy plays a key role much like in other forms of auto racing.

For the serious racer in you we offer our Racing League. Each league will be 5 to 6 rounds, each round occurring on a Tuesday night consisting of a practice session, a qualifying session, then two main event races with standing grid starts. The second main event is a reversed grid based on results from the first main event. We tally championship points based on your results each week and offer great prizes for your final Championship position. This is also one of the few events we utilize our "Monster" track! Racers can purchase a whole league entry, or individual round entry, contact us for more details.
