Following is information on how to receive refunds for Annual, Gold and VIP Memberships for races that were not utilized, gift certificates not redeemed and unused prepaid race credits. 

  • Again, we are disappointed that due to pending litigation Savannah Raceway, LLC, an independently operated franchise of Pole Position Raceway, has closed its location at the Savannah Mall.
  • Refunds will be provided to those who have purchased Annual, Gold and VIP Memberships for races that were not utilized, gift certificates not redeemed and unused prepaid race credits.
  • Annual memberships will be refunded $45 (the total cost of the membership fee)
  • Gold memberships will be refunded $120 minus $15 for each completed race included as part of this this 5 race credit package. ***If all 5 races have been completed, $45 will be refunded for the annual membership fee.***
  • VIP memberships will be refunded $185 minus $15 for each completed race included as part of this this 10 race credit package. ***If all 10 races have been completed, $45 will be refunded for the annual membership fee.***
  • Gift certificates will be refunded to those who present the actual race voucher in person or provide the voucher serial number via phone. Gift receipts are not redeemable for refunds.
  • Race credits/prepaid races will be refunded in full for races not utilized. Refunded amounts will depend on type of race purchased.
  • Races and memberships purchased with a credit card will be credited to original or different credit card, however, the credit card must be in possession to process refund. 
  • Purchases made with cash will be refunded to a provided credit card, not in cash.
  • Refunds are available in person at Pole Position Raceway in Savannah on:
    • Saturday, February 28 & Sunday, March 1 – between 10:00AM – 6:00PM
    • Saturday, March 7 & Sunday, March 8 – between 10:00AM – 6:00PM
  • Refunds can also be made via phone by calling (912) 925-2822 on: 
    • Monday, March 2 & Tuesday, March 3 – between 12:00PM – 6:00PM
    • Monday, March 9 & Tuesday, March 10 – between 12:00PM – 6:00PM
  • Phone refunds will transpire while on the phone and can take several minutes to process. A receipt will be sent by email.
