Pole Position Raceway offers two different options for renting the facility and our highly trained event coordinators and sales staff can help you determine which is best for your group. The most-popular is the Facility Buyout which includes a completely private event and access to all of our meeting and party rooms. With the Facility Buyout, the entire facility is closed to the public so your group can have exclusive use. The second option is the Race Track Rental which is a more economical way of renting the track only, however, the venue is open to the public who are able to enjoy the video games, pool tables, room rentals and public seating areas. 

Race Track Rental

Sunday - Friday $995 per hour
Saturday $1,195 per hour

Renting the track is ideal for: Company parties, corporate outings, church groups, family reunions, large bachelor parties, and more.

All special event facilities include audio and visual equipment, flat screen monitors and state- of- the- art technology for your presentations.All room rental rates subject to a minimum race purchase and cleaning deposit. Daily rates are available upon request. 

F1 V.I.P.Room

1,000-square-foot party and meeting room. Includes state-of-the-art technology for your business presentations and/or entertainment needs, including a projection screen television, data port and surround sound. Optional decorations not included All room rental rates subject to a $50 cleaning deposit. Daily rates are available upon request.

Catering 

Our professional catering partners can offer many different food and/or beverage packages including full buffets, sit-down menus, boxed lunches or a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres. Please contact the Pole Position Raceway Sales Team for current menus. Please note that all food and beverage services must be set up in advance and that Pole Position Raceway has a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs and alcohol abuse.

Arcade & Video Games 

Pole Position Raceway offers state-of-the-art gaming technology throughout the facility.  We have over 20 video games, several billiards and air hockey tables. Pole Position offers game cards in monetary or time increments to perfectly complement your group’s racing experience.

Apparel

Want your group to look cool and remember the experience?  Pole Position Raceway offers a full line of apparel including T-shirts, hats and polo shirts for men and women.  Merchandise vouchers or gift certificates are available for group events.
