Pole Position Raceway offers three different options for renting the facility and our highly trained event coordinators and sales staff can help you determine which is best for your group. Our most popular VIP experience is the exclusive use of the Grand Prix Lounge, Grand Prix Tower and Track One. This affords a party privacy and use of  the amenities including a bar area, arcade games and pool table. The second option would be buy-out of Track Two with the use of the Sky Tower. Lastly, should your needs demand exclusive use of the facility with unlimited and uninterrupted use, then a Facility Buyout is available which can accommodate up to 525 people.

VIP Track Rental

$2,400 per hour

(2 Hour Minimum)

Race Track #1 Rental

Renting the track is ideal for: Company parties, corporate outings, church groups, family reunions, large bachelor parties, and more.

Types of Racing: Open racing, team building exercises, elimination racing, Ironman races, Team Endurance Races, and more. We can customize your racing experience to your desire and needs.

- Private Race Track
- Customized racing based on group size 1 to 60 racers per hour
- Use of either The Speedway Paddock or Sky Tower during event, based on availability
- $100 of Arcade Credit

Two Track Rental

$4,500 per hour

(2 Hour Minimum)

Two track rental is ideal for: Company parties, corporate team building, church groups, large bachelor parties, new product launches and more.

Types of Racing: Open racing, team building exercises, elimination racing, Ironman races, Team Endurance Races, and more. We can customize your racing experience to your desire and needs.

- Exclusive use of both race tracks per hour
- Customized racing based on group size – 1 to 120 racers per hour
- Use of meeting and event space (s).

Facility Buyout

$5,000 per hour

(3 Hour Minimum)

Facility buyout is ideal for: Company parties, corporate team building, church groups, large bachelor parties, new product launches and more.

Types of Racing: Open racing, team building exercises, elimination racing, Ironman races, Team Endurance Races, and more. We can customize your racing experience to your desire and needs.

- Exclusive use of the 80,000 square-foot facility
- Customized racing based on group size – 1 to 120 racers per hour
- Unlimited use of meeting and event spaces and Pole Position Raceway staff
- $250 of arcade game credit, billiards tables and more
- Completely private event (facility closed to the public)

Event & Meeting Rooms

All special event facilities include audio and visual equipment, flat screen monitors and state- of- the- art technology for your presentations.All room rental rates subject to a minimum race purchase and cleaning deposit. Daily rates are available upon request. 

Grand Prix Paddock

1,000-square-foot party and meeting room on the first floor which includes flat screen monitors and state-of-the-art audio and visual technology for your business presentations and/or entertainment needs.

$350 per hour

Grand Prix Lounge

1,200 square-foot lounge/dining area includes multiple flat screen monitors, wet bar, party seating and billiards table.

The Grand Prix Tower

This 750-square-foot, open-air party mezzanine is located on the second floor overlooking Track 1 and offers a panoramic view of both racetracks creating the perfect setting for a exhilarating event.

$250 per hour

Sky Tower

This 2,400-square-foot, open-air party mezzanine is located on the second floor and offers a panoramic view of both racetracks creating the perfect setting for a exhilarating event.

$350 per hour

Catering 

Our professional catering partners can offer many different food and/or beverage packages including full buffets, sit-down menus, boxed lunches or a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres. Please contact the Pole Position Raceway Sales Team for current menus. Please note that all food and beverage services must be set up in advance.

Awards

Pole Position Raceway has a variety of trophies and medals that are available with many of the racing packages. Please contact the Pole Position Raceway Sales Team for current options which can include custom engraving, trophies and plaques.

Arcade & Video Games 

Pole Position Raceway offers state-of-the-art gaming technology throughout the facility. We have over 20 video games, several billiards and air hockey tables. Pole Position Raceway also offers tokens to perfectly complement your group’s racing experience.

Apparel

Want your group to look cool and remember the experience? Pole Position Raceway offers a full line of apparel including T-shirts, hats and polo shirts for men and women. Merchandise vouchers or gift certificates are available for group events.
